Dr. Goodman grew up on the small islands of Trinidad and Tobago off the coast of Venezuela. At the age of ten, she moved to England, where she attended school before finally moving to the Florida. Dr. Goodman would go on to graduate with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelors in Psychology and Minors in Biology & Chemistry. Eager to stay in Florida, she attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry graduating with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine.
Dr. Goodman then moved to Tampa where she joined a private practice for a couple years, before deciding to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry with a heavy emphasis in implant surgery and IV sedation. Dr. Goodman is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She considers herself a life long learner and is currently in the process of completing a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry.
During her spare time, Dr. Goodman enjoys the outdoors. She is an avid hiker and loves spending time out on the water. If she has to be indoors she prefers to spend time with her fur baby Kaspian, a six year old Himalayan. Dr. Goodman is eager to return to the state of Florida and to make sunny Pensacola her new home.
